How do I submit my photos?
You can attach your photo or images in an email and send it to us at info@paintmyimage.com or send them by post.
What files do you accept?
If you are submitting your image electronically we would suggest you send it at the best resolution possible as a tiff, jpeg, pdf, or bmp. If you have any queries drop us an email.
How long does it take?
We ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery of your painting. However subject to availability, for an additional cost an express service may be requested which guarantees delivery within 14 days. Please contact us for more information.
Can I pay using a debit or credit card?
Yes. All of our payments go through Paypal. Simply select a canvas size or Photomerge service you wish to purchase click 'Add to Cart,' this will take you to Paypal. Here you can complete your order by signing in (if you have a Paypal account) or you can create one in a few simple steps.
How much is delivery?
Free. All of our canvases are delivered using Fastway couriers Next Day Delivery service. To view Fastways terms and Conditions please click here.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the world! However Fastway couriers only operate within the UK and Ireland so if you require delivery outside of the UK or Ireland please contact us for more info.
